
The Kryptonite Girls have spread their wings to reach the West Coast announcing additions of two talented ladies from California. Welcome Corrine Stockton and Shannon Vitale to our dart family.
Corrine was one of 4 K-Girls in Sacramento at the Camellia Classic, a major west coast event. She had a nice run to the Semi-Finals finishing Top 4 in the BDO sanctioned 501 Singles. She also earned Top 4 in Cricket Doubles and a pair of top 8 finishes in Mixed Triples and the 301 Draw.
Marlise Kiel was also there and won both Ladies Doubles Titles. She earned Top 4 in Mixed Triples. Valerie Goad and reigning ADO National Cricket Champion Morgan McCormack flew in from Texas. Morgan finished 2nd in 501 Singles and won Mixed Triples. She was Top 4 in Doubles Cricket and finished Top 8 in Singles Cricket and Doubles 501. Valerie was also making her first trip to Sacramento and raved about the very well ran tournament. Val won the Blind Draw, she was 2nd in Mixed Triples, Top 4 in Doubles 501 and Singles Cricket, Top 8 in Doubles Cricket and Top 16 in Singles 501.
Lora Josey also ventured to an event for the first time and it was also held in California. California, Maryland that is, the home of the Tricoda Open. Lora had a good time a earned Top 4 in Doubles 501 and Top 8 in Singles Cricket.
Pam Briggs was busy giving back this weekend hosting a successful local Charity event which raised over $5000.00. Pam also got to play in the event as did Kirsten McCandless.
Sandy Hudson and Candra Archbold were in Greenville, SC defending the NC/SC Ladies Challenge Cup. They both were undefeated in America's oldest interstate Challenge series.
Bette Cunningham stayed close to home but braved the snow to compete in a local masters qualifier. Nancy Jo Mize wasn't in action this weekend, but did play in a local event last weekend before the Super Bowl.
