The East Team earned a victory with Pam and Sandy as the top two seeds. In the playoffs Paula Murphy went through three K-Girls to earn her first 501 National Championship. It was the fourth straight National Playoff the group has won.
Pam and Marlise finished Top 4 in the Nationals with Sandy Hudson and Morgan earning Top 8. Candra and Sandy Haas both finished Top 16.
In the tournament Sandy Hudson won both Singles titles in this world class field. The 501 Tirle was a WDF/BDO event. She also played doubles with fellow K-Girl Candra Archbold finishing Top 4 in 501 and Top 8 in Cricket.
After winning the National on Friday, Paula continued to play well throughout the event finishing 2nd To Sandy in 501 Singles and Top 8 in Singles Cricket. She was also Top 4 in Doubles Cricket, Top 8 Doubles 501 and Top 16 in Mixed Triples.
Marlise won 501 Doubles and Mixed Triples 501. She also finished Top 8 in Cricket Doubles and Top 16 in Cricket Singles. Marlise also welcomed a new sponsor in RVD Scoreboards.
The Boston girls were strong in Stamford with Pam earning Top 4 in Cricket Singles and Top 8 501 Singles. She also finished Top 16 in Doubles 501. Bette shot well in the tough room finishing Top 4 in Singles 501 and Top 8 in Mixed Triples. Kirsten was playing her first event as a Kryptonite Girl and finished with a Top 4 in Mixed Doubles 501. The weekend was extra special for her as she watched her daughter Hannah compete in her first ADO Youth National, playing well throughout.
Morgan was throwing very well beginning with her strong showing in the Nationals and throughout the event. She was Top 4 in Singles Cricket and the Blind Draw. She also finished Top 8 in Doubles Cricket, Top 16 in Doubles 501 and Top 16 in Mixed Triples. Morgan also got a chance to get a little sightseeing in with a visit to the Statue of Liberty.
Sandy Haas Finished Top 4 in Mixed Doubles 501 and Top 8 in singles Cricket and Doubles Cricket. She was also Top 16 in Doubles 501. Gloria finished Top16 in 501 Singles and Kay was Top 8 in Mixed Doubles.
